It was busy, service was good, food was amazing.

Fries were almost burnt, but raw. The oil doesn't seem to have been changed recently. This happens whenever I get fish and chips from here and that is not too often. They used to be good.

The food was good to very good. The service was excellent. There was only one nearly clean table and the staff seemed under pressure on a Saturday dinner service. I think there were only 2 people doing the job of at least 4. Will be going again to see if this was just a off night.

The food is good, not as good as it once was....but okay. The "lightly battered" perch are heavily battered. Service was very poor...waited nearly an hour in a not very busy place...........They seem to think quantity can replace quality....
